Ann Freeman is Ken Freeman’s wife. They met in Kilgore Tx, while attending Kilgore Jr. College in 1965. They dated until Jan. 20, 1968 when they were married in Dallas, TX. Ann Freeman is mother of three children, Michael, Kerry and Kayla and grandmother of Jordan, Chase, Grayson and Isaiah. After a series of legal cases, Ann and Ken Freeman adopted Isaiah in 2007.
Ann Freeman has been a home-maker, mother, nurturer, and care-taker of our children while Ken traveled and worked. When the ministry started, she was instrumental in keeping the home fires burning while Ken was in the process of starting the ministry and speaking in churches across the Metroplex. Through the years, she has been anointed to minister to women right where they are. Her common ministry events occurred in McDonalds while watching Isaiah play, or on the train or bus. Once we were on a train to downtown Dallas, when some young men got on board and chose to sit down right behind us. Before we got half way to Dallas, the young men were asking for prayer.
Ken says of Ann, “she has more compassion in her little finger than I do in my whole being.” She has been a behind-the-scenes strength behind the ministry.
Ann Freeman serves as vice president of the organization. Ann studied childhood education in school, and has helped each of our children succeed in school. More recently, she helped home-school Isaiah during the third grade helping him to achieve 6th grade spelling and reading levels at age 10. She also helps Ken think through his books and websites.
